Job Title: General Manager - Contract Catering Location: Dublin Salary: €70,000 per annum (negotiable DOE) The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the Contract Catering industry to search for an experienced General Manager to lead a flagship operation based in Dublin.
This is a senior leadership role suited to a commercially driven hospitality professional with a passion for service excellence and operational performance.
The General Manager will have full responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the site.
You will lead and inspire a large on-site team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and compliance while driving continuous improvement and profitability.
The Duties: Take full accountability for the day-to-day operation of the contract catering site.
Lead, develop, and motivate management and frontline teams to deliver exceptional service.
Manage budgets, control costs, and drive commercial performance against agreed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Ensure all food safety, health & safety, and company compliance standards are met and exceeded.
Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards across the operation.
Drive innovation in food offer, service delivery, and customer experience.
Monitor KPIs and prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.
Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning for the team.
The Must Requirements to Be Considered: Must have experience in Hospitality or Contract Catering at General Manager level.
Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in your career into a General Manager position.
Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
