Main Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction to the nursing team, ensuring effective resource management and fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and professional development.
* Oversee all aspects of clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and resident safety, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
* Develop and maintain individualised care plans aligned with best practice, ensuring each resident receives tailored support.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners, promoting collaborative working practices.
* Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives across the home, enhancing care delivery and resident experience.
* Manage staffing budgets and resources efficiently, supporting excellent care delivery.
Key Requirements:
* NMBI registered General Nurse with a management qualification.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a senior nursing management role (ADON/DON level).
* Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and best practice in residential care.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
