We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Human Resources professional to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, with a focus on operational HR delivery and continuous improvement.

1. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional to provide generalist HR support across the business, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment legislation.
\
2. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR support role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and NI employment legislation.
\
3. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is desirable, but not essential.
\
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is also required.
\
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with employees at all levels and providing advice on HR policies and procedures.
\
6. You will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, probation reviews, and exit processes, as well as supporting the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, liaising with hiring managers, arranging interviews, and managing candidate communications.
\
7. You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives, staff wellbeing programmes, and internal communications, maintaining and updating HR systems and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
\
8. Assisting with learning and development initiatives, including scheduling training and tracking completion, and supporting performance management processes, including appraisal coordination and improvement plans.
\
9. Helping develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and preparing regular reports on key HR metrics, including absence, turnover, and recruitment.
\
10. Participating in HR projects focused on improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
