Working closely with category managers and cross-functional teams, you'll bring together a broad portfolio of products and services into a unified, high-performing online offering.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve business objectives across B2B customer segmentsCollaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to deliver a smooth and consistent end-to-end online journeyIdentify opportunities to grow, optimise, and enhance e-commerce performanceSupport the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory managementAnalyse sales data and customer insights to improve user experience and increase conversion ratesStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketingMonitor KPIs and provide regular reporting on performance and progressWhat We're Looking For5+ years' experience driving e-commerce sales in a B2B environmentA third-level qualification in business, marketing, or digital marketing (postgraduate qualification desirable)Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analyticsProven project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesResilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentLocationCandidatesmust be based in Ireland, as regular monthly team meetings are required.
