Nursing Home Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, including staff management, patient care, and facility maintenance. They will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve our goals of providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current NMBI Registration (General Division)
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with older people within the last 6 years
* At least 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory capacity
* Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management or equivalent (desirable)
