You will be generating sales from leads from paid channels and organic traffic, develop sales materials, and support prospects daily. You will ensure an outstanding learner experience from sales completion to course completion, collaborating with team members as needed.
You should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working independently while balancing multiple projects, and have the initiative to pursue growth opportunities. Ultimately, you will help us exceed business expectations and contribute to our rapid growth.
What does my day-to-day look like in this position?
* Align with the company's vision and goals while collaborating with team members to find growth opportunities and partners.
* Use the CRM to maintain client data, create customized sales email campaigns, and keep a clean sales pipeline.
* Analyze sales data to guide marketing strategies and perform related administrative tasks to boost conversion rates.
* Identify customer needs to maximize opportunities, meet expectations, and build strong client relationships.
* Manage all stages of new business generation and engage with inbound sales inquiries.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Accurately capture and process required data, completing administrative tasks promptly.
* Provide feedback to improve online delivery and product range while maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Oversee participant onboarding, including inductions, profiles, and communications, and respond to learner queries before, during, and after programs.
* Understand participant needs/issues and coordinate with ISS teams to resolve them.
What experience is required for this position?
* Experience in a target-driven role such as inside sales, student recruitment, admissions, or consultative customer service
* Strong ability to assess, qualify, and prioritise leads using structured criteria and data-driven decision making
* Confident and engaging communicator, skilled at building rapport with experienced professionals and adult learners
* Proficient in CRM systems with a disciplined approach to pipeline management, follow-ups, and productivity tracking
* Highly organised and comfortable managing high volumes of enquiries in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
* Motivated by achieving and exceeding enrolment targets, with a calm, solutions-focused approach during peak periods
