The Role
As a part of our Commercial Operations team, we support the entire Cubic³ sales organisation. As we grow and scale, we are implementing new processes and managing them across various areas of the business. Due to our growth, we now have an opening for a Sales Operations Analyst. This pivotal role involves managing the priorities of the Commercial team, building relationships, managing stakeholders, and delivering on our goals.
A key responsibility will be managing the commission scheme for our sales teams, along with understanding and tracking all priorities of the commercial teams across the organisation. We seek an innovative, high-energy individual capable of focusing on tasks and using their initiative.
Responsibilities of this role:
1. Manage the commercial team's priorities across the company.
2. Report periodically on key performance indicators and priority status.
3. Manage and maintain the existing commission scheme.
4. Deliver performance metrics for sales against KPIs.
5. Manage daily data entry in our CRM system (HubSpot).
6. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining reporting tools, updating databases, and preparing documents.
7. Assist in preparing and tracking sales plans and forecasts.
8. Maintain accuracy and currency of CRM data.
9. Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
10. Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights for decision-making and performance enhancement.

Requirements
* Experience with commission scheme preparation, calculation, and communication.
* Strong interest in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related fields.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with collaborative work ability.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI); CRM experience is a plus.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
* Proactive learner with a desire to develop within sales operations.
