Key Responsibilities
* To empower Service Users to live independent lives within their residential home and community.
* To transport service users to facilitate access to all daily living activities.
* To participate in household duties, including cooking, laundry, general cleaning, and shopping.
* To maintain professional communication and relationships with the team.
* To be aware of safe working conditions and implement safe work practices, reporting potential hazards, incidents, and concerns immediately.
* To actively engage in team meetings, supervisions, training, and team events.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as:
* A relevant QQI qualification within the healthcare sector (minimum Level 5).
* A full clean manual driving license and access to your own transport.
* An excellent command of spoken and written English.
* Knowledge of HIQA standards.
* Work or student experience in social care or a relevant sector.
