The Role:
Our client is looking for a
Paid Social Campaign Manager
to take ownership of campaign delivery across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
You'll be responsible for the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and setup to optimisation, reporting, and insights, ensuring every campaign drives measurable return.
You'll work closely with creative strategists, designers, and account leads to test new ideas, scale winning campaigns, and support brands on their growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms
Translate creative concepts and strategies into well-structured campaign builds
Monitor performance to meet ROAS, MER, CPA, and other key targets
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to brief new ad concepts informed by performance data
Produce clear weekly and monthly reporting with actionable recommendations
Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts across multiple client accounts
Stay informed on platform updates, industry best practice, and new opportunities in paid social
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding campaign performance and next steps
Requirements:
2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns (agency or eCommerce background preferred)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (essential); TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or Google Ads beneficial
Strong analytical ability and confidence working with performance data
Solid understanding of key eCommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, MER, AOV, LTV)
Experience managing budgets of €20k+ per month across multiple brands
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive, test-and-learn mindset
