Centric Health would like to invite you to submit your CV for the role of Medical Administrator & Receptionist at (Glasnevin Family Practice) in 11 Finglas Road, Harts Corner D11 PA00 Glasnevin, Dublin.The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and reception support to both staff and patients.As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent patient care while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Specific Job Details:

Contract: Fixed term contract for maternity leave (10 months)

Working Pattern: Tuesday 9:00am - 18:00pm and Friday 8.30am - 17:30pm

Commencement Date:As soon as possible

The successful candidatewill be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Answering all in-coming calls and re-directing as appropriate

Meeting&greetingall patients to the Practice

Cashhandling and issuing of receipts

Maintaining GMS records

Preparing prescriptions

Scanning and filing

Any other duties assigned by the Practice Manageror GP

Requirements:

2 years medical administration/reception/customer service experience required

Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential

Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills

Strong Multi-Tasking Skills

Willingness to be a team player and an ability to work on own initiative

Excellent organisational skills

Flexible attitude to changing work practices

The ability to remain calm, professional, and polite in dealing with our patients and colleagues
