The Job
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying key companies within the assigned region and key people within the target accounts with the Market Research team.
* Actively searching and prospecting new potential clients.
* Generating sales appointments and managing sales pipeline (e.g., generate emails for Outreach.io, make cold calls to accounts on the assigned Bounty List).
* Handling lead management and CRM activities using Salesforce.com.
* Developing and maintaining territory plan from your assigned geography.
* Weekly reporting on territory updates, industry trends, regional insights, competitive landscape, etc.
* Actively developing, innovating, and participating in the Sales Development projects, programs, and processes.
The Profile
Skills Required:
* You have a degree in business, economics, political & social sciences (or a similar field) with at least 1 year in business development or sales-related positions.
* You have solid experience in lead generation, account management, or sales ideally within a SaaS environment.
* You are comfortable working with Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* You possess a strong time management skill and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* You are an independent, self-driven, and result-oriented person.
* You are eager to learn and put interest in technology sales and new communication technologies.
* Experience in CRM (especially Salesforce.com), would be a plus.
