Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Managerto lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. This is a multifaceted role responsible for driving brand growth, increasing audience engagement, and delivering meaningful KPIs across all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, results-driven, and confident managing multiple channels and content types, while also collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and social
media strategies aligned with brand objectives and growth targets.
* Define clear KPIs across all channels (e.g., follower growth,
engagement rate, CTR, conversion rate, email open rates, SEO rankings).
* Present marketing performance reports and strategic updates directly
to company directors.
Social Media Management
* Oversee daily management of all social media platforms (Instagram,
Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Create, schedule, and post original, on-brand content (static,
video, Reels, Stories, etc.).
* Monitor and engage with community comments, messages, and trends.
Content Creation
* Develop high-quality, compelling visual and written content using
tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro,
After Effects), CapCut, and similar.
* Collaborate with videographers and photographers to capture campaign
assets.
* Plan and execute regular photoshoots and video shoots (must be
willing to travel as needed).
Email Marketing
* Create and manage email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp,
Klaviyo, or equivalent.
* Segment audiences, A/B test subject lines and content, and optimize
based on analytics.
SEO & Website Management
* Manage website updates, blog uploads, landing pages, and user
experience in collaboration with web developers.
* Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and traffic.
External Liaison
* Manage relationships with PR agencies, videographers, photographers,
and web developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media
management roles.
* Proven track record of increasing digital KPIs such as engagement,
reach, conversions, and audience growth.
* Expertise across digital marketing channels: paid ads, organic
social, email marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and content
creation.
* Strong knowledge of tools including but not limited to:
o Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot
o Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, YouTube Studio
o Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz)
o Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign)
o Website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace)
* Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
* Strong project management and organizational abilities.
* Must have access to a car and a full clean driving licence – travel
will be required for content creation and in-person meetings.
