Our general assistants serve a variety of essential back of the house and front of house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The General assistant is required to maintain a safe sanitary work environment and required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.We are looking for someone with:• A keen interest in food and service• Excellent customer service skills• Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.• A good knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP• Good understanding of English• Dedication and self-motivation• Good timekeeping• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team• To be able to contribute to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene• Courteous mannerQualifications & Experience• 1 years' experience in a similar environment.• Customer service experience• Food hygiene experience• Previous experience of porterage, catering, cleaning, or housekeeping
