Technical Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Professional to join our organization on a temporary basis for a specified duration. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to end-users both remotely and onsite via help desk systems and in person.
* Provide assistance with common applications, operating systems, and basic network issues
* Perform Active Directory user and group administration tasks efficiently
* Offer guidance and support for common software applications, including Microsoft Office and email clients
* Successfully stage and prepare hardware for new starters, ensuring a seamless onboarding process with a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, particularly in Networks, Windows Active Directory, and IT Ticketing Systems. They will also exhibit exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation related to technical procedures and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in technical support or a related field
• Excellent understanding of Network protocols and architecture
