Job Description:

The Category Executive will be at the heart of Kepak's Insight, Innovation & Marketing team, working closely with the Senior Category Manager. Key responsibilities include analyzing market data to identify trends and opportunities, creating reports and dashboards to track performance, and supporting retailer meetings with insightful presentations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a data-focused or analytical role, preferably within FMCG, retail, or a similar industry.
">
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a comfortable working knowledge of Excel (Power BI or Tableau is a plus).
">
3. Attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy and the ability to interpret data effectively.
">
4. Good communication skills and confident in presenting insights and collaborating with internal teams.
">
5. A Team Player who is eager to learn, proactive, and able to contribute to a collaborative team.
">
6. Knowledge and understanding of grocery retail and shopper behaviour in the UK and Ireland is desirable but not essential.

7. A full clean driving license with access to own transport.
