This is a senior management position, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Management. As Lead Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for driving financial excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering strategic outcomes that support organisational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management across all service centres.

* Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure effective governance and compliance.

* Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and insurance processes to optimise financial performance.
">
* Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and minimise risks.
">
* Support strategic initiatives and organisational change through effective financial leadership.
">

Requirements:

* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent).
">
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

* Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
">
* Experience in the not-for-profit or public sector is desirable.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
