Job Title: Senior Project Delivery Manager
The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of diverse renewable energy infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project frameworks, processes, and governance structures to support scalable execution of major infrastructure projects.
* Drive continuous improvement and consistent project governance across the portfolio.
* Define project management methodologies, templates, and standards tailored for a diverse portfolio of energy infrastructure projects.
* Support Program and Project Managers during the lifecycle of the project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Minimum 10 years project management experience, with at least 5 in a senior PMO or project management role within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
* Proven track record of managing large-scale renewable energy or infrastructure projects across planning, development, and execution phases.
* Familiarity with regulatory, grid, and planning frameworks relevant to energy infrastructure in Ireland.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a strategic mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
