We are seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Manager to lead our nursing team in a care facility.

About the Role
* Ensure all home policies and clinical standards are fully understood, implemented, and consistently practiced by the nursing team.
* Review and audit nursing documentation to confirm accurate assessments and timely care planning, providing coaching and support where necessary.
* Oversee safe medication management and ensure staff competency, conducting regular training sessions and performance evaluations.
* Provide strong clinical leadership and support Nurses, Caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
* Conduct regular performance appraisals, coordinate training and education, and develop succession plans.
* Produce and manage staff rosters and monitor staffing levels, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
* Lead and participate in clinical audits, promote person-centred care, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Holds current registration with the appropriate division of the NMBI live register.
* Demonstrated commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through ongoing learning and certification.
* Prior experience in a management or supervisory role within the healthcare sector.
