Job Type: Permanent & Full-Time
Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote/WFH)

Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Network Projects Ireland in leading a team of project managers to deliver a range of complex, large‑scale technical projects through the project delivery framework.
* Programme manage a portfolio of Network Development Projects, ensuring appropriate project controls for budgets, schedule, quality, risk and prioritisation.
* Communicate effectively to stakeholders, including Senior Management, via meetings, presentations and reports for project governance gateways.
* Represent the company externally, engaging in external forums and bodies as appropriate.
* Lead strategic, change‑related projects and foster a proactive stakeholder engagement approach.
* Coach and develop high‑performance capabilities and behaviours within the team.
* Oversee projects from Conceptual Phase through Feasibility, Statutory Planning Assessment and consent to Handover for Detailed Design and Construction Phase.
* Enhance the power grid by integrating renewable sources and ensuring a resilient, sustainable network.
Qualifications
* Engineering degree or equivalent, typically with 8 years relevant experience.
* Proven experience managing a programme of large‑scale projects, delivering complex solutions and driving successful outcomes.
* Passionate, engaging, with a drive and enthusiasm to deliver with and through others.
* Ability to coach and nurture high‑performance capabilities in a dynamic environment.
* Expertise in conceiving and introducing innovative ideas, solutions or new ways of doing things to solve business problems.
