Application Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Application Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin.
This client-facing role involves supporting the onboarding process for new clients across Europe, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering excellent service, and maintaining the efficiency of our account setup procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, ticketing system, and live chat, assisting clients throughout the account opening process.
* Validate documentation related to new account openings under European regulations, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
* Communicate effectively with clients, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot account setup and verification issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
* Perform anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks by cross-referencing internal and external databases, upholding regulatory standards.
Maintain a professional attitude in all communications, prioritizing client satisfaction and loyalty.
