Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop innovative microfluidic products, including flow cytometry products and microfluidic biochips.
* Contribute to the development of mechanical components for microfluidic biochips.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and development projects, preparing project reports, documentation, and proposals.
* Support quality control, testing, and maintenance of existing and new microfluidic products.
* Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
* Assist in planning and executing verification procedures to identify product specifications.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in designing microfluidics instrumentation or biochip products.
* Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including injection moulding, vacuum casting, rapid prototyping, and ultrasonic welding.
* Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and COMSOL.
* Experience in product development from concept to production.
* Familiarity with data analysis techniques, including Python and neural networks.
