Deli Manager / Cook required to join a Successful SPAR Retail Group based in Co. OffalyWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Manager / Cook to join our team at our SPAR location based in Co. Offaly. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and providing excellent customer service.The Role:Manage and lead a team of deli staff membersPlan and prepare a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and hot food itemsEnsure food safety standards are met at all timesMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededCreate and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal availabilityTrain new staff members on food preparation techniques and customer service best practicesHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain a clean and organised work environmentIf you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
