Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced landscape foreman to lead and manage landscape installation and maintenance crews. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality work is completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
\
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape crew members.
* Interpret and implement landscape design plans and specifications.
* Ensure work is completed to company and industry standards.
* Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., diggers, dumpers, saws, power tools).
* Train and mentor crew members to improve productivity and skill sets.
* Monitor site safety and enforce proper use of PPE and safety procedures.
* Manage time and materials to stay within project budgets and deadlines.
* Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
* Conduct site inspections and ensure cleanup and proper jobsite appearance upon completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
\
* Minimum 3-5 years of hard landscaping experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of landscape construction, ground works, planting, hardscaping, and turf and artificial grass installs.
* Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and blueprints.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
* Good communication skills both verbally and written.
