Wedding and Events Coordinator Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual to join our dynamic team in the hotel industry.
The Wedding and Events Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of weddings and events from initial client contact through to the day of the event.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout each event experience;
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all wedding and special occasion functions;
* Oversee menu planning, supplier coordination, decorations, timelines, budgets (within designated parameters), guest management,
* Maintain accurate records of all events including date tracking calendars; facilitate timely communications amongst staff members relating to upcoming or current bookings. Prepare any additional related documents as required.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills strong organizational ability attention to detail empathy understanding business standards they should have good knowledge about workflow organization time management problem-solving it would be advantageous if you had some experience within hospitality customer-facing roles prior leadership qualities etc so apply now!
