Job Title: Senior Store Manager
This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within our team. As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and delivering outstanding customer service, maximising store profitability through efficient resource utilisation, and ensuring all standards, objectives, and targets are met.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensure customers are served promptly, and resolve any issues or complaints in a polite and professional manner.
* MERCHANDISING & SALES: Ensure promotional displays are built and maintained, products are stored at the correct temperatures, and stock is rotated regularly to meet demand.
* HEALTH AND SAFETY: Understand and enforce Health and Safety policies, conduct regular inspections, and delegate tasks as necessary to maintain high standards.
* SECURITY: Safeguard company property and equipment, monitor suspicious circumstances, and take appropriate action to prevent security risks.
* STAFFING AND TRAINING: Supervise staff performance, plan staff rotas, assist with staff training, and manage staff performance through clear communication and feedback.
Additional Responsibilities:
* ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTING: Assist with completing paperwork, records, and accounts accurately and promptly, reconcile wages sheets, and process cash management procedures.
* AVALIABILITY: Perform keyholding duties, be flexible with availability, and willing to cover absenteeism and work extra hours as required.
