The opportunity:
We are seeking to expand our fast-growing strategy team in Ireland with experienced candidates across all levels of our team, from Consultant (2+ years of experience) to Director (senior leadership level).
This is a unique opportunity where you will get the chance to shape the future of EY-Parthenon’s strategy practice in Ireland, working with a diverse set of clients to solve their most important challenges.
The team adopts a methodical, collaborative approach with clients to jointly answer the key strategic questions they are faced with. Examples of the work you will be involved in include:
* Working with senior leaders at clients to help them develop their organisational strategy.
* Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions.
* Conducting business development activities to win projects with potential clients.
* Developing a community within the team by building offerings and initiatives.
Skills and attributes for success:
* Ability to confidently handle ambiguity and break complex problems into their constituent parts.
* Ability to adopt and effectively communicate a logical, structured thought process.
* Demonstrable quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
* Strong verbal communications skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences.
* Ability to quickly build trusting relationships with people.
* Enjoys working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
