Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee three separate projects on one site outside Dublin 4, off the M11.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing civils contractors, ensuring delivery of programs. They will also manage infrastructure and fitout contractors, working closely with project managers and engineers on-site.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Candidates must have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects in South County Dublin.
* A minimum of €150 million worth of secured projects in South County Dublin between 2026 and 2028 is required as a prerequisite for this role.
