ITSM & Service Now Expertise: Configuration, workflow management, ITIL-based process alignment, and integration of acquired entities.
Responsibilities
M&A Transition Planning: Current‑state assessments, gap analysis, remediation planning, and execution of ITSM transitions.
Technical Coordination: Data migration, configuration oversight, and knowledge management enablement (templates, quality validation).
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple acquisitions concurrently, track dependencies, and maintain dashboards.
Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Liaison between acquired IT teams and internal leadership, risk reporting, and issue resolution.
Reporting & Documentation: Executive‑level summaries, status updates, and centralized repository management.
Training & Enablement: Deliver ITSM onboarding and ensure adoption of global standards.
Soft Skills: Collaboration, adaptability in fast‑paced environments, and strong facilitation skills.
