As a
CSA Pre-Construction Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping major projects before they reach site, ensuring designs are efficient, coordinated, and ready for execution.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate and review CSA design drawings, specifications, and value engineering opportunities.
Define CSA scope, develop work packages, and support tendering and procurement activities.
Provide technical input to estimating teams and support cost optimisation.
Identify and mitigate design, site, and programme risks, delivering robust constructability reviews.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project integration.
About You
Degree in Civil, Structural, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
8+ years' experience in CSA or general construction, including 3+ years in pre-construction or design coordination.
Strong background working on large-scale projects (data centres, pharma, commercial, or infrastructure).
Knowledge of Irish/EU building codes and regulations; chartership or progress toward chartership is a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
