A well established and reputable Main contractor is seeking an experienced
Bid Manager
to lead their tendering and proposals function. This role offers the opportunity to join a progressive business with a healthy pipeline of projects and a strong focus on quality, client relationships, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full bid process from opportunity identification to submission, ensuring quality, compliance, and competitiveness.
* Develop winning bid strategies and compelling proposal content in collaboration with directors and technical teams.
* Track upcoming tender opportunities and engage with clients pre-tender to strengthen positioning.
Requirements
* Proven experience in bid, tender, or proposal management (construction sector preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
* Commercial awareness with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
