Accounts Payable (Maternity Cover) - Charlestown, Co. Mayo

Role Overview:
You'll take responsibility for the Accounts Payable function, including:
* Processing and coding supplier invoices
* Performing three-way matching and preparing payment runs
* Managing supplier queries and maintaining accurate records
* Completing supplier statement reconciliations and month-end reporting
* Liaising with project managers, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely, accurate payments
* Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc reporting and audit preparation
About You:
* 2+ years' Accounts Payable experience (construction or subcontractor background an advantage)
* Knowledge of RCT (Relevant Contracts Tax) desirable
* Some accounting/finance qualification (e.g. AAT, Accounting Technician, Diploma)
* Strong Excel and accounting system skills
* Detail-oriented, organised, and an effective communicator
