Job Summary
This is a challenging role for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in the construction or precast industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our existing product range, proposing effective solutions and working closely with the production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for our existing product range.
* Propose effective solutions to customer queries.
* Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct on-site assessments and provide technical assistance to clients as required.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through site visits and follow-up support.
* Represent the company professionally across client sites and meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a technical, design or support role within the construction or precast industry.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting construction and technical drawings.
* Competency with CAD or similar design software (e.g. AutoCAD).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
* Knowledge of construction standards and regulations in Ireland.
