Position: Administrator
Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri (37.5 hours per week)
Pay: €21.17 to €28.52 per hour depending on previous verified experience
Contract: 4-8 weeks temporary cover
Available for an immediate start
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organised General Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative duties and office support
Filing and maintaining organised records (electronic and paper)
Creating, updating, and managing Excel spreadsheets
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Supporting document preparation and reporting
Handling emails, calls, and general correspondence
Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Previous admin or office experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
