This position is based across our sites in the Leinster region.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults and escalates to the Head of IT when necessary
* Management of the Glenveagh Active Directory infrastructure and Office 365 application suite
* Install and configure applications and hardware when required, design and develop solutions to automate the delivery of these services and solutions to Glenveagh
* Build, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, diagrams and written instructions for the various systems and services deployed
* Monitor and maintain various systems, printers, mobile devices, and networks across all the various Glenveagh sites
* Support the setup and delivery of the IT services on new sites as required. Work closely with the resources on site to ensure the IT service is maintained and reliable
* Establish a good working relationship with other professionals within Glenveagh, ensuring that the IT department delivers a reliable, responsive and high-quality service
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a construction or field-based environment.
* Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Office 365 Admin, and Azure.
* Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with building and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to construction sites.
