* Ensure compliance with BCAR and Irish building regulations
* Align procurement, logistics, and scheduling with overall project objectives
* Promote best practices for façade installation and integration
* Utilize BIM and digital tools to track progress and manage changes
* Oversee on-site testing, snagging, and completion documentation
What You Bring
* Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and detailing for SFS and Weathering Board, Ali Clad Windows, Brickwork and Render
* Familiarity with BCAR processes and regulatory requirements
* Excellent leadership and cross-team communication skills
* Familiar with BIM and digital construction platforms
* Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred)
