Modern Workplace Solutions Expert – AV & Collaboration
Dublin (Hybrid) | Up to €55,000 (€73.5k OTE) + Extensive Benefits
We’re working with a large international IT services and solutions organisation delivering infrastructure, cloud, workplace, and managed services solutions to enterprise and public-sector customers across multiple markets. With continued investment in Modern Workplace technologies, the business is expanding its collaboration and hybrid working capability across Ireland and the UK.
This is a customer-facing pre-sales and consultancy role focused on Modern Workplace, AV, and collaboration technologies. Working closely with Account Managers, you’ll engage customers to understand workplace challenges, design end-to-end collaboration solutions, and lead projects centred around meeting rooms, hybrid working, and workplace transformation initiatives.

What we’re looking for:
Pre-sales or consultancy experience: Background in IT solutions, AV, or Modern Workplace environments
Modern Workplace technologies: Experience with Teams Rooms, meeting room AV, signage, or hybrid collaboration solutions
Customer engagement skills: Ability to deliver workshops, demos, and solution presentations
Solution design capability: Experience scoping and designing end-to-end workplace solutions
IT channel experience: Exposure to reseller, VAR, MSP, or systems integration environments
Vendor technology exposure: Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Logitech, Neat, or Shure
