Reperio has partnered with a well-established organisation seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their technology team. You'll work in an Agile environment, contributing across the full software development lifecycle — from architecture and design to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
This is a hands-on development role requiring strong skills in C#, .NET Core, Core, SQL Server, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular. You'll collaborate closely with distributed teams, driving innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all areas of the platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and contribute to full-stack development using C#, Core, Angular, and SQL Server
2. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to estimate, plan, and deliver high-quality software solutions
3. Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and testable applications
4. Mentor team members, perform code reviews, and promote engineering best practices
5. Maintain technical documentation including architectural diagrams, API specifications, and deployment guides
6. Investigate and adopt emerging technologies and methodologies to improve system performance and reliability
7. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
8. Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring high-quality and timely releases
Requirements:
9. 5-7+ years of professional software development experience
10. Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Core
11. Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and T-SQL
12. Strong front-end skills in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/LESS
13. Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and SOA architectures
14. Experience with unit and integration testing, and test-driven or test-first development approaches
15. Familiarity with source control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps
16. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
17. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Desirable:
18. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
19. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
20. Experience supporting multi-environment deployments
21. Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience
