Payroll Administrator -UPMC Kilkenny Location: Mac Donagh Office Job type: Permanent Overview of role: UPMC are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Administrator to join our finance department and provide essential payroll support.
This is a permanent, part-time position.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The principal duties and responsibilities of this role will be to provide support in administering payrolls across multiple payroll companies.
The role will be to carry out the normal responsibilities that would be generally expected of the department on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with existing team members in carrying out these responsibilities.
This role will also support a variety of duties with focus on payroll query management, benefit support and administration, he or she will ensure consistent application of payroll policies and laws and practices.
The role will require the use of intermediate excel skills (essential) daily.
Qualifications & Experience: Intermediate Excel skills (essential) Experience in payroll processing and strong system skills.
Current payroll system is Mega Pay, full training can be provided to the right candidate.
