HR Executive Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced HR professional to join the team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a 3rd level degree in a related discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* The successful candidate will report to the HR Director but also work closely with other members of the leadership team, covering a wide remit of HR duties and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee engagement and query resolution
2. Recruitment and onboarding of new hires
3. Oversight of training activities, employee data updates, T&A/payroll reporting, delivery of HR change projects etc.
