My client is a global payments company focused on building secure, scalable, and innovative financial technology solutions and are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Role Summary You will serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, providing comprehensive administrative support and acting as a key communication bridge both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
Prioritize and triage incoming requests, ensuring executive time is optimized.
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, pre-reads, and meeting summaries.
Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Required Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting VP-level or C-suite executives.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated discretion with sensitive information.*This role would require 5 days a week onsite in Dublin*
