Job Description:
Customer service specialists will be responsible for managing tasks, delivering exceptional customer and colleague experiences, and utilizing IT tools and systems. Key responsibilities include learning product information, tracking orders, and resolving complaints professionally. Team collaboration and organizational skills are essential to this role.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Previous customer services experience is necessary, as well as strong self-management motivation skills. A proven track record of achieving group/individual targets, coupled with proficiency in reporting tools and techniques, makes candidates highly competitive. Strong PC skills, including excel knowledge, are also required.
While fluency in a European language such as French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is an advantage, English proficiency is the primary requirement. The successful candidate will work Monday - Friday (no weekends) under one of the following shifts: 6am - 2:30 pm, 7am - 3:30 pm, 8am - 4:30 pm, or 9am - 5:30 pm during training.
