Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
The company is seeking a skilled IT Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships and support technology services across multiple sites.
* Manage day-to-day relationships with IT service providers, software vendors, and managed service partners.
* Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Lead vendor review meetings and performance assessments.
* Support contract negotiation, renewals, and compliance checks.
* Escalate and follow up on service incidents and problems with vendors.
Requirements:
* A degree in IT or Engineering would be beneficial.
* Experience in IT Vendor Management, Service Delivery, or IT Operations roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and contracts simultaneously.
* Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
