Warehouse Supervisor
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by undertaking all tasks relating to inventory Management. You will have responsibility for all dispatches, including timely truck scheduling supporting on-site installations. You will work closely with senior staff and interact with all staff in ensuring that the day to day operations run smoothly.
Reporting To
* Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all on-site installations are prepared the night before.
* Ensure that all transactions are performed in advance of these shipments.
* Support the schedule for all on-site installations.
* Managing all receipt transactions.
* Manage all put-away transactions.
* Ensure all paperwork is filed and easily retrieved.
* Perform warehousing duties ensuring 100% stock accuracy.
* Manage all audits on behalf of the Warehouse.
* Ensure that re-order point planning is maintained and up-to-date.
Qualifications/Experience
Essential
* Minimum of 3 year of experience in a busy warehouse / shipping environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Comfortable meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
* Problem-solving abilities and a flexible approach to work.
* Proven ability to engage and collaborate with team members.
* A Forklift License is essential.
Desirable
* Familiar with an ERP Software environment.
* Knowledge of Pegasus Accounting Software.
