Job Overview
The Talent Management Specialist will be a vital part of our team, supporting the organisation's ambitious growth plans. In this role, you will work closely with the highly-experienced HR Manager to ensure seamless talent acquisition and management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in high-volume end-to-end recruitment, encompassing job descriptions, adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and pre-employment checks.
* Completing comprehensive inductions for new employees, including delivering PowerPoint presentations and health and safety training.
* Providing expert advisory support on employee relations matters, including absence management and investigations.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for the employee forum and organising/promoting events.
* Managing HR administration duties, including drafting contracts and issuing offer letters.
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
