Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
 * Significant experience in senior operations or multi-site management role within community pharmacy, healthcare, or retail/service environment
 * Proven success in commercial performance, P&L management, and operational leadership
 * Strong leadership and team development skills, with ability to influence at all levels
 * Excellent organisational, communication, and project delivery skills
