Investor Reporting Analyst – PGIM Ireland
As part of PGIM’s Global Asset Management, our PGIM Real Estate team is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for investors and borrowers. We are looking for an experienced, detail‑oriented associate to join the Investment Operations division in Dublin, Ireland, to drive operational excellence in investor reporting and investment accounting.
What You Will Do
Manage investor reporting, investment accounting functions and interface with internal and external stakeholders. You will gain exposure to new client mandates, operational initiatives, and product launches while ensuring data integrity across our reporting processes.
What You Can Expect
* Facilitate receipt, disbursement, and reconciliation of borrower funds during loan pre‑funding and funding periods.
* Prepare daily and periodic investment reports, including valuations, investor remittance files, and financial statements.
* Work closely with Loan Services’ operational groups and the Data Integrity Team to resolve data transmission and feed issues.
* Review bank‑account reconciliations, investor files and wire transfers for accuracy.
* Interpret investment management agreements, regulations, SOPs and loan documents to meet accounting and reporting requirements; prepare journal entries.
* Participate in new‑investor meetings and develop project plans for high‑profile global investors and funds.
* Identify efficiencies, including process automation of reporting and data feeds, and lead execution of project plans.
* Assist with RegAB, SOC1, SOX and other internal and external audits.
What You Will Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting (preferred).
* Accounting or Finance experience required.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
* Basic understanding of database structures required.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
What Will Set You Apart
* Knowledge of Accounting Information Systems is a plus.
* Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerBI and Microsoft SQL is advantageous.
