About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team in Dundalk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with customers in the showroom, over the phone, and online to identify their vehicle needs and preferences
2. Present, demonstrate, and sell new and used vehicles in a professional and customer-focused manner
3. Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to handover, ensuring an excellent customer experience
4. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all models, features, and finance options
5. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
6. Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
7. Ensure all administration and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
8. Previous experience in automotive or vehicle sales (essential)
9. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
10. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
11. Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
12. Full, clean Irish driving licence
