Transfer Pricing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our tax team as a Transfer Pricing Specialist.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in transfer pricing matters, including economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and financial modeling. They will assist clients in developing compliant and tax-efficient structures that meet their business objectives.
1. To provide expert advice on transfer pricing strategies, including assistance with economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and financial modeling.
2. To collaborate with clients to develop and implement compliant and tax-efficient structures that align with their business goals.
3. To review and prepare transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and country-by-country reports.
4. To offer guidance on transfer pricing matters, such as restructuring, intellectual property valuation, and intercompany agreements.
* A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law.
* At least 4 years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a consulting environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and OECD guidelines.
