We are currently seeking a Plumber / Service Technician to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on both commercial and domestic projects, offering a mix of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and installation services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, Maintenance, and Repair of Plumbing Systems
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems to ensure they meet industry standards and high-quality service levels.
* Working across Commercial and Domestic Projects
Work on a variety of projects, including commercial and domestic installations, repairs, and maintenance.
* Diagnosing and Troubleshooting Issues Efficiently
Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Managing and Prioritizing Workload Independently
Manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
* Irish / EU Plumbing Qualification with at least 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience
You must hold a recognized Irish or EU plumbing qualification and have at least 3 years of experience in the trade.
* RGI Qualification (strong advantage)
Holding an RGI qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
* Experience with Commercial and Domestic Gas Heating Systems
You should have experience working with gas heating systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
* Strong Customer Service Skills and Ability to Work Independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* Full, Clean Driving Licence (company van provided)
A full, clean driving licence is required, and a company van will be provided.
* Basic PC Skills, including Standard Office Packages
Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office, is essential.
