Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance team at their site in Wexford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all production activities on site, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and audits, and leading the maintenance function to operate within required health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the Maintenance Team to deliver high-performance process efficiency in a modern well-invested facility.
* Evaluate processes for improvement opportunities using tools such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
